who we are

Started in December 2012, we're the first and only pay per entry gym around the SS15 / Subang Jaya area. With an increasing number of fitness franchises, it's time to bring in a flexible and affordable workout to cater to your needs.

Blitz Gym™ is designed for self motivated individuals who are dedicated and passionate about their fitness. Whether you're losing weight, bulking up, conditioning or maintaining, we have a complete array of weight lifting and cardio equipment for you to achieve your goals.

Equipment available: Treadmills, bikes & upper body cycle for cardio. Complete sets of dumbbell and plate loaded equipment such as the Olympic flat/incline benches, Smith and Power racks for strength. Plus a multi station jungle with cable crossover together with five dual function workout machines.

Racks, lockers and washrooms are available. Please bring your own pad locks and towels.

1. Using the gym indicates that you accept the Terms and Conditions of use. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, do not enter the gym.

2. Blitz Gym™ does not accept responsibility for any injury, illness or fatality caused to any person in the gym.

3. Blitz Gym™ is not responsible for the loss, theft or damages of personal items brought to the gym.

4. You are liable to pay for any repairs and/or replacements for the damages to any gym equipment and/or interiors caused by you.

5. Membership or multiple day passes are not transferable.

6. Blitz Gym™ reserves the right to modify the structure, benefits and other features, of the membership including these terms and conditions or to terminate the membership or multiple day pass at any time.

gym etiquette

RULES. They are not there to make your life hard. They are there to make everyone else's easy. Please be considerate.

1. Smoking at the gym, toilet, stairways or entrance is strictly prohibited.

2. Keep the gym clean. Do not litter. No eating. Please inform us if you spilled drinks on the floor.

3. Return the weight plates, barbells and dumbbells to its designated location after use.

4. Slamming machine weight stacks and/or dropping barbells, plates or dumbbells on the ground is not permitted. Please be considerate to our neighbours.

5. Wipe down all equipment after use. Please bring a towel.

6. No excessive chatting and do not form a mini gathering in the gym. Strictly no dancing and no horseplay.

7. Your friend(s) is/are not allowed to watch and wait for you in the gym. Please leave immediately after workout. Do not even come in if you don't intend to workout.

8. Do not rest on machines/benches between sets. Sharing is highly encouraged.

9. Refrain from using mobile phones in the gym, be it texting, calling, web browsing or facebooking. Mobile phone usage on machines/benches is strictly prohibited.

10. No photography without permission.

11. Only clean attire allowed. No dirty/muddy shoes.

12. Shirts on at all times during workout.

13. Unauthorized personal training of any kind is not permitted.

Introducing Blitz Gym™ very own INTROGYM PROGRAM. A 3-staged introductory course for anyone who's totally new to a gym and have very little knowledge of what to do when they're in one. The program is suitable for both male and female of all ages as they can be structured according to your needs.

The program is ONLY conducted during non-peak hours at the gym. Please make an appointment with our Certified FIT Malaysia Fitness Instructor at the gym.

Price: RM110 for Stage 1 & 2. RM150 all Stage 1, 2 &3. The program has to be completed within 30 days and it is not refundable. For price and any other enquiry, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Below are the materials covered:

stage one

CARDIO: Operational guidance and functions on our treadmill, bikes & upper body cycle.

WARMUPS: Stretch techniques on major muscle groups to warm-up and avoid injuries.

STRENGTH MACHINES: Proper usage, technique and functions on all our strength machines such as the Multi Chest Press, Bicep/Tricep, Pec Deck/Rear Delt, Leg Extension/Curl, Leg Press/Calf Raise and Lat Pulldown/Low Row.

stage two

PLATE LOADED: Proper form and technique for mainly chest muscle with barbell bench press.

DUMBBELL: Proper usage and technique for various dumbbell exercises involving major muscle group such as chest, back, shoulder, arm, trap and legs.

ABS & CORE: Various abs and core exercises using equipment and benches found in the gym.

stage three

SMITH MACHINE: Proper usage, technique and functions for the Smith Machine, also targeting major muscle group such as chest, back, shoulder, arm, trap and legs.

DEADLIFT: Proper form and technique on performing the deadlift the power rack.

SQUAT: Proper form and technique performing the squat exercise on the power rack.

WORKOUT ROUTINE: Advice on suitable training routine based on your needs, time & flexibility.

NUTRITION: Basic guidance on food and supplements tailored according to your goals.

We do provide sponsorship for athlete as well as academic, charity and sporting events. Please only send your details and proposal to our email and no phone calls.

Students, please come with the right attitude. Be professional, reasonable and punctual. Nothing is free in life and we do not owe you anything. Here are some guidelines for those of you who had no idea what professionalism is all about.

1) If you want a sponsorship, make it official by sending in an email. The person in charge obviously will not be sitting down at the gym answering your phone calls all day.

2) If you are putting our logo on t-shirts, posters or flyers, please give us a copy or at least show us a picture of it.

3) If you are taking photos or videos at our gym, you share them with us because OBVIOUSLY. Unless you are paying us, we should be getting something in return.

4) If you said you need to borrow the gym for 3 hours, start packing at the 2nd hour and 45th minutes. Say 'thank you' and get lost on the 3rd hour.

5) If you said you are coming on that day, you better arrive unless you are in a hospital or there's a funeral to go to. If you are not showing up, tell us at least.

6) If you want an interview, make sure you arrive on time or 4 hours earlier.

7) If you are asking for discounted package for a group of people that you are associated with, stay humble and do not come to us thinking that we need you.

8) If you send in a proposal and we gave you a counter proposal, you should reply to us even though you do not like it.

9) If you intend to put a stack of flyers here for us to distribute for you for free, we will distribute them to our bin unless its beneficial for both of us.

25 January 2014: Squat rack upgraded with extra floor padding. Please deadlift within the thicker padding area to reduce noise and vibration. Please be considerate to our neighbours.

1 February 2014: Opening hours for Monday to Friday is now from 8:30am to 10:30pm. For Saturday and Sunday, we're still opening from 9:30am to 9:30pm.
